What does the integration do?

This integration with Class Super enables you to load Class Super data directly into an Acis online order, as well as create new fund records in Class Super within seconds from the Acis portal.

Is the integration available for all Acis products?

Yes.

What data is sourced from the connected Class Super account?

Fund, trustee & member details are sourced from Class Super and available to load into Acis online orders.

Can we create new fund records in Class Super for new or previously ordered Acis products?

Yes. Simply navigate to the relevant SMSF establishment or deed upgrade in the COMPLETED section, select the Integration icon cloud and then select the Class Super logo. It is important to note that creating new fund records in Class Super may incur additional fees within your Class Super subscription.

Why are some Acis orders unable to be uploaded to Class Super?

Either there is insufficient data required to create a fund record in Class Super, or the structure is not compatible with the Class Super API (e.g. fund has more than one non-member trustee).

An integration sync has not captured all non-member trustees for a fund?

Class Super limits integration data capture of non-member trustees to one per fund.

Does the integration include the ability to upload and download documents?

Class Super does not currently support the upload or download of documents. Documents can be manually uploaded to the fund record from within the Class Super platform.

How do I connect to Class Super?

Select the Class Super logo in the INTEGRATIONS section of the Acis portal, then click CONNECT to initiate the login to your Class Super account. Connection may also be activated from within any online order by selecting the Integration icon cloud and then the Class Super logo and CONNECT.

Do I have to reconnect to Class Super each time?

A new connection is required each time to ensure a high level of security, however, you also have the option to disconnect and reconnect at any time.

How do I check my connection with Class Super?

Select the Integration icon cloud within any online order, or navigate to to the INTEGRATION section of the Acis Portal to check the connecton status displayed under the Class Super logo.

What does the SYNC button do?

The SYNC button allows you to manually sync your Class Super data to the Acis portal. This is beneficial when you have recently updated fund details in Class Super and wish to access those details immediately in an Acis order.

How long will syncing take and do I have to wait until it is finished?

Syncing depends on the number of fund records in your Class Super account. As soon as each fund and it's associated trustees & members have synced, they will be available for selection within your Acis order.

I do not see the Class Super login screen?

Pop-up blockers in your web browser may prevent new browser tabs from appearing when connecting Acis integrations which require you to enter login credentials. It is recommended pop-up blockers are disabled.

No data from the Class Super integration is showing?

Ensure the Class Super integration is connected and recently synced.

Why are there duplicate names to select from when adding a fund an Acis order?

The list of fund names displayed is sourced from active integration connections and Acis records. To determine which fund is most suited for loading into your order, position the cursor over the name to display further details.

I'm getting an error message when creating a fund record from the integration dashboard?

Ensure all data entered in the required fields is valid and the fund does not already exist in Class Super. Where possible we will advise if the fund has been detected as an existing fund in Class Super.
